Nov 26: If only they could
Not normally a fan of cricket, but it appears that the English are getting a hefty pummelling by the Australians.
The BBC should really be the team playing.... looking at their tag graphic.

Nov 25: We only have one world..
Well when you look at the planet Earth from afar, it's only then when you see that it's not all that big in the whole sphere of things. I do in a way envy all those who have managed to see this view of the earth an unique view and a privileged one at that, But folks, here are some in a flash file for your viewing pleasure.
Click the pick and you'll be taken to the movie, not a long one, but a nice one non the less.

Nov 21: Mad or what?
Well, it's been a while since I bloged here, this is beginning to sound like a confessional but heck... I've been busy doing other things. Like trying to find a job, and oh! I may have a new one by the end of the week.
So what's mad or what then? It's Mr David Blaine again, He will only ever do stunts in New York as the last time he did one in London, we Londoners took the piss out of him big time when he was doing his stunt of being in a glass box near Tower Bridge. Twas good TV seeing him being so sad.. heheheh.
SO, his going to be in a gyroscope for 3 days before he tries to escape, wow, what a stunt?!
This is the gyro...

Nov 8: How Big is the Universe
Yes, how big is the universe? It's bloody big, I mean HUGE!, no that's too small a word, it gi-normous! I think that's still a too small a word, It's freaking bleeding huge and will take thousands of light years to get from one end to the other; but how would you have known you've reached the end? Maybe when you've seen the restaurant at the end of the universe? it may have moved, or you might not have gone straight across the universe? You might even have taken some diversions unbeknown to yourself, you know black holes and other gravitational issues that need to be taken into account. etc etc...
Have you ever thought or wondered, you know with the internet being so vast that someone somewhere might have thought the same thought as yourself, but done something about it? Yes, have you ever thought, the internet is so vast and full of interesting stuff, I wonder if some one somewhere has made a site that is as big as the universe? Well, dear readers, yes, someone has, and for your viewing pleasure and from your armchair, you, yes You and you, can visit the universe from the comfort of your computer screen see the whole universe on the internet from this site here, below.
yes, here's the link to the Universe for your viewing pleasure!
Just one note though, to be able to see the centre of the Universe, you will need Firefox!

Nov 4: Golden Shower?
While I was browsing the BBC 'have your say' section, there was an important debate going on, on the subject of fireworks. Yes, it's Guy fawkes tomorrow. England now becoming a country where the kids are beginning to rule the roost (British adults 'fear youngsters').
So the topic of course was:
Sure enough there is, I don't know these things your see, my mind sometime drifts on other topics... what do you expect?! eh?
Anyway, I found what I was looking for, and can safely get out of the gutter! So for your enjoyment. here's what they look like and no doubt there will be golden showers all over the UK tomorrow night!
So the topic of course was:
Have you experienced any anti-social behaviour involving fireworks? Will you be letting off fireworks or attending an organised display? Should there be a ban on buying fireworks? Have you attended other firework festivals recently? Now as you can see by the question, it's thought provoking, Till you come across the comment done by a certain Nicky B, from Kingston, in the UK. To quote:
Added: Saturday, 4 November, 2006, 16:00 GMT 16:00 UKHehhe, but then I decided... to have a look to see if there was a 'Golden Shower " Firework.
Come on fireworks are great and we all watched Blue Peter enough to know that pets should be inside and fireworks should be kept in a tin.
I do realise though that some of the larger ones would probably take your arm off if they went off accidentally. So perhaps we should limit shop bought ones to the ones that just emit showers of sparks. After all I'm sure everyone likes a golden shower.

Nov 1: Low Tree
In the UK, the land of safety madness and wonderful warnings. Today, while I was out, yes I do go out from time to time. So I had a good giggle when I saw this sign, advising Bus drivers to be aware that there may be low trees, Having a look at the trees, I think the person who printed these signs didn't have a look at the trees in question...
